How do you send out travel documentation?

All documentation shall be delivered via email address provided in your submitted form. Final voucher shall be sent via email when all payment and required passenger details have been received.

Can I book and confirm a space for my client without holding an option?

Yes! Please be sure to have the following details on hand:

    Full name as it appears on the passport
    Passport number and expiry date
    Nationality
    Date of birth

What details do I need to be able to book my tour with Philprime?

    Full name as it appears on the passport
    Passport number and expiry date
    Nationality
    Full mailing address
    Date of birth
    Occupation
    Emergency contact name and phone number
    Details regarding any medical or dietary requirements

If I have a problem with my hotel, flights or transfer, who do I contact?

If you ever have any concern or issue during your travel, you can contact us directly, no middle man, direct to the owner, and it has been this way since when we started. Pam Nava is the President and owner, and is more than happy to talk with you at anytime, you can reach her directly.

Do you accept PayPal and credit cards?
